We understand that sometimes you may wish to delete your Get My Home account.
This page explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all related personal data, in compliance with Google Play and UAE data protection regulations
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request deletion:
- Your account and all associated data (profile, listings, messages, tokens, etc.) will be permanently removed from our system
- Your listings will be taken offline
- Any remaining tokens or balances will be lost and not refundable
- We may retain limited transaction records if required by law or for fraud prevention
How Long It Takes
Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days of confirmation.
We’ll send you a final email once the deletion is complete.
How to Request Deletion
You can submit your request using the form below or by emailing us directly at support@getmyhome.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Required information in your request:
- The Email address and WhatsApp Number linked to your Get My Home account
- Your full name
- Optional: brief reason (to help us improve)
By submitting this request, you confirm that you are the account owner and wish to permanently delete your data from Get My Home.
