By downloading, accessing, or using the Get My Home app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BEYOND BUSINESS CONSULTANCY – FZCO (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. About Get My Home

Get My Home helps individuals and property professionals connect to rent, buy, sell, or exchange homes.
The App provides visibility and marketing tools to property owners and agents, and allows users to:

  • Create an account
  • Search for available properties
  • Post listings (paid service using tokens)

3. Eligibility

To ensure a safe and responsible experience, Get My Home is intended for users aged 18 and above.
Minors under 18 may use the App only with parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details,
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate, and
  • All activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content (Listings)

Users may submit and publish property listings, descriptions, and photos (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Content.

By posting on Get My Home, you agree to the following Publisher Commitment:

“Get My Home Publisher Commitment

  • The property exists, is built, and ready to visit (no off-plan, land, or office listings)
  • You own or have legal rights to publish this listing
  • All details, photos, and availability are accurate and complete
  • Your profile photo or logo and description are genuine
  • You will communicate respectfully and keep your listing up to date
  • You understand that non-compliance may result in removal without refund

Together, we protect our community and connect people with places they’ll love.”

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates this commitment or our community standards, without refund.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or unauthorized listings;
  • Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
  • Collect or misuse personal data from other users;
  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt App functionality.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Payments, Tokens & Refunds

Publishing a property or certain premium services requires purchasing tokens within the App.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable, including in cases of account suspension or removal due to violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, text, images, and software associated with Get My Home are owned by BEYOND BUSINESS CONSULTANCY – FZCO..You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or the Publisher Commitment;
  • Engage in disrespectful or fraudulent activity;
  • Misuse the platform or harm other users.

In case of termination, users will not be entitled to refunds for tokens or services already used.

10. Disclaimer

The App and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, availability of properties, or outcomes of transactions between users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEYOND BUSINESS CONSULTANCY – FZCO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including property listings, communication, or transactions between users.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai jurisdiction).
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://getmyhome.app/terms-of-use .

By continuing to use the App after changes are published, you accept the revised Terms.
